What to have ready
Four details let us answer a fitment question in one reply instead of three:
- Year, make and model — for example a 2019 Ford F-250.
- Trim and cab or bed configuration — XL, Lariat, crew cab, 6.75 ft bed.
- What you are replacing — the part name, and the OEM number off the old part if you can read it.
- Your ZIP code — so we can tell you whether the part moves as a parcel or as freight.
If you already have a part number from a dealer or a diagram, send it. Matching numbers is faster and safer than matching descriptions. Our Buyer’s Guide explains what to check before you order, category by category.
A note on payments
We never take card numbers over the phone. If you want to pay by card and would rather not do it yourself on the website, we send you a secure payment link instead. The accepted methods and how each one is handled are listed in the Payment Policy.
